Personal Assistants
We offer personal assistants to support service users who may have complex needs. All our personal assistants go through a robust induction to ensure they have the
correct skills and attitude to support service users in the community independently.
Our personal assistants will support and develop service users in a manner which;
- Promotes service users’ personal preferences and choices
- Does not discriminate and offers equality of opportunity
- Promotes a safe and trusting relationship and encourages participation
We can also support short breaks for service users or work to long term goals and ambitions. For example, supporting a service user to go on to a plane for the first time.
